I am evaluating a demo IPCortex and one thing I can’t seem to find is the ability to see call logs and / or analysis. There doesn’t seem to be a “full” log as you get with Asterisk. How would you go about troubleshooting call quality issues or codec issues etc? I can’t see where this information is available. Is it possible to install rngrep or similar tool to carry out this kind of deep packet level analysis?
