Queue wrapup between calls

Hi there,

The maximum value that I can set for the “Queue wrapup between calls” is 120sec. Any chance to increase this number ?

Hi Shaya,
I believe that the max is 240 secs (4 mins) in 6.1 at least.

In the IPCortex of one of our customer the maximum queue wrap up time is 120 sec. Version Running: 6.1.8 (160501).
As you said max is 240 sec, please could you guide me how can I increase this number?

Sorry, typo on my part, 240 is the new value from 6.2 onwards. This is in beta at the moment and available for production early in the new year.
