I would like to know if I could use Keevio across a VPN? Our PABX is obviously on one network segment, i.e. 192.168.10.0 and our VPN issues clients to users on 192.168.20.0.
I have been able to use a VPN client and log in to the Keevio platform however the user on the end of the VPN reported that they could not hear the other user?
Please let me know how you check the set up of the PABX so that we can route traffic through the keevio softphone?
