One of the files recorded by IPCortex has a name with ‘#’ character in the title. When I run the https://servername/rest/call/list, I correctly get all the files including one in question. But when I try to download it from https://servername/rest/call/download/recording, I get error

I am able to download all other files using API mentioned above.
Is this a bug in IPCortex API or is there a way to download such file using API?
