How do I reset an appliance to "factory" configuration

I have some config that I want to completely wipe, what is the best way of achieving this?

Hi Alan.

The best way to do that is restoring an empty backup file. (In case you don’t have one, I’m attaching below)
During the restore you can select if you want to replace your network parameters or not.
