We are trying to configure two separate queue extension on an IP cortex to prioritise one queue over another. When the ‘line allocation priority’ is set, this appears to have no effect on which queue calls are delivered from.
The equivalent value we are looking at setting in Asterisk would be the weight value on the queue. Is there a way of setting this from the IP cortex administration screens?
