Queue wrapup time

Hi there,

The maximum value that I can set for the “Queue wrapup between calls” is 120sec. Is it possible to increase this number ?

In short I would suggest that you use a shorter wrap-up time, but perhaps use the ‘DnD’ feature of the handset to extend the wrap-up time to be exactly as long as needed, rather than an arbitrarily long time. If you (for example) set a queue wrap-up of 5 minutes, the next question will be “I am ready after 4 minutes, how do I make calls start again?”
