The web interface won't log me in

This is most often cause by an unclean shutdown of the system caused by a powercut. Please try gracefully shutting down and restarting the unit using the switch on the unit.

If the problem persists, it is possible that the unclean shutdown has caused a database issue. Make a note of the code number reported on the login screen and call support.

It is also possible to restart by logging into the console as the ‘pabx’ user, accessing the ‘root’ prompt and entering the command ‘reboot’.
